Snapshot – Philadelphia Eagles at Carolina Panthers

On Thursday night the Philadelphia Eagles visit Bank of America Stadium to take on the Carolina Panthers. Both teams are at 4-1 this season, making this game the most exciting match up Thursday Night Football has seen this season. Throw in the fact that this game will likely have playoff implications, and it just does not get any better for October football.

Here is a nice breakdown of where each team’s units rank in the NFL.

It is worth noting that the Carolina Panthers offense is trending upward. The current rank of 18th does not accurately reflect how the offense has performed over the past two weeks.

It is also worth noting the Eagles have had the luxury of playing the hapless Giants and Chargers, barely squeaking out a win against each team. Meanwhile, the Panthers defeated the Patriots and Lions in their own stadiums over the past two weeks.

Hurts me to say it, but the Eagles are gelling on every aspect of the game. They are going to take our lunch money. Cam is going to wear his stupid towel over his head and mope as usual.

Looks like a team that has gotten fat feasting on the garbage of LAC & NYG.

Time for a wake up call!

The Eagles have a very talented offense that I’m pretty worried about, and a good front 7 too.
