Kaleidoscope Dream is basically an hour-long soundtrack for fuging. It was my favorite album of 2012-2013, since it dropped so late in 2012. I enjoy mainstream R&B, and The Weeknd's new album has a bunch of good stuff on it. It's more pop than Kaleidoscope Dream was, but it's similar in that a lot of the songs are good and they make the album as a whole good.
I like Miguel's stuff a lot. Kaleidoscope Dream was awesome from start to almost finish. That Candle in the Sun song was a huge bummer on what was otherwise an awesome album. And he almost pulled off that flying triangle on that chick, he just wasn't able to figure four his legs...
My favorite pop culture call back to Red Dawn: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qYrdxssl9MQ At the 2:55 mark... Also, the thing all these awesome movies (Conan the Barbarian, Red Dawn, Apocalypse Now) have in common is John Milius. The guy is a national treasure. A wacko, but a purely American wacko and I love everything he's ever done.
What can the government do to 'create' more two parent families? I mean besides what the democrats have already done by legalizing gay marriage so that lots of children will now have a chance at a loving, stable, two-parent family that wouldn't have been possible before.
