Chip Kelly is currently making 6.5 Million per year. If he were to ditch his contract which has 2 more seasons after this then he would have to have some really good incentives. Nick Saban is the highest paid coach with 7.3 Million per season and I honestly do not see a situation where he would leave unless USC pays him above 8 million. Plus the sour taste of Lane Kiffin still lingers which makes USC a hot mess right now.
I am typing this response in my office. I have a weight bench with bar and weights, a Gold's gym bike and an assortment of free weights. Quite frankly, because it is right behind me, I just stare at it or atleast the back of my head does. Don't lose your motivation just because it is there it is easy to say "tomorrow i'll get on it."
Not only will you get a veteran pass rusher in Allen, you will also get a field leader that will elevate the play of others on the team. I love Allen from his days in Minnesota because not only was he serious on the field, he was also a funny guy and I think his personality will fit well with the rest of the roster.
I'm in favor of Raiders moving to San Antonio. That would make 3 teams in Texas and California should Rams move to LA. The problem with Chargers move is that the stadium will have to be publicly financed whereas Stan Kroenke's is fully private. Another issue I have with San Diego moving is that Carson, CA is so far south of LA and it's almost technically Orange County. It's like San Francisco 49ers playing in Santa Clara which makes no sense (like the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim).
