You guys remember when someone out of the fan base started making the " Run, Run, Draw Play, Punt" T- Shirts? That sht was hilarious. I can't remember if that was for Jeff Davidson or Dan Henning though.
I don't think it was wrong of us to believe in David Gettis. He showed real potential. He was ruined because of injuries. I also believed in Matt Moore. Still believe wasn't really given a chance here. Really thought Steve Smith would make something out of Ryne Robinson Loved me some Keary Colbert. I also share the sentiments of other posts regarding Nate Salley, E. Brown, Hartwig, etc
And finally. I was completely convinced that Deshaun Foster was going to be the GOAT. That son of a bitch was damn good, for maybe like a season and half if you total all his games lol
I don't think Megatron would be any better than a healthy KB at this point. Megatron is noticeably slower than he was coming into the league. I think he peaked already. Still a hell of a talent obviously. But DG isn't going to shell out that kind of money.
Never once did I ever, nor will I say Wilson is better than Cam Newton. The Seahawks just got Jimmy Graham and we just lost ours. They will be that much tougher to beat now. All I'm saying is the past 3 years we should have beat the Seahawks, and that was with a lesser talented team. With KB we would have dominated them. I firmly believe that.
Before KB's injury I think we could have handily beat the Seahawks this year. If our team had it's sht together. Now, playing them will be really difficult. Same as games with them previously. Boykin will have his uses in the redzone. He's no KB but he can be a mismatch. So can Lucas at TE. If a few guys can step up we can be okay.
