So you are saying you didn't see Fozzy take hits for a loss or whiff on a blocking assignment? Because I have. It's about what you have in a player and what you can mold them to be, Fozzy is a very serviceable role player, no doubt. But Todman has the athletic edge without giving up too much in the mental error department. But I wouldn't even be upset if we kept Fozzy over Todman. I will, however, be upset if we cut Wegher, Wegher is a future 20+ carry horse for a team.

Person is a douche. No argument possible.

I won't argue age, because honestly to me it doesn't matter in this case. But it is just a fact that Todman is faster. He can do everything Fozzy can do and possibly more, Like I said before, I am a Fozzy fan, but I know what I see. Todman has the long term potential because of his rare ability to accelerate and pull away from the pack.

Todman is Fozzy plus long speed. I'm a Fozzy fan, but he and Todman are too similar and Todman wins out in ability and potential.

Mick Mixon is a skeleton with a barely functioning brain who seems to be uncomfortably obsessed with some players' musculature. I'll bet Rucker dreads being in the booth with that goon for 4 games every year.

    Wegher and Todman= SPEED
    Cotchery and Norwood= functioning hands
And after that I'll let the Gettle-father do the grunt work. But these are the obvious upside guys.

Rb: Stewart, Artis-Payne, Todman, Wegher, Whittaker
Wr: Funchess, Ginn, Cotchery, Norwood, Bersin, C. Brown, M. Brown
TE: Olsen, Dickson, Williams, Lucas, Brockel, Simonson
Cut Fozzy, M. Brown, Brockel, and Simonson. Watch waiver wire for a wideout. Kick ass in regular season.

  8. XClown1986 added a post in a topic Norwood will prove to be an excellent addition

He made catching the ball look easy. His development is going to mostly come from finding other ways to separate and disguise routes. He looked really good for being here only a few days

Those of you surprised by the Glanton cut shouldn't be. He looks solid in run support at time but is burned worse than Nakamura in pass coverage. He was personally responsible for two touchdowns this preseason that I remember. Klein played better, Jacobs is a ST beast, and Mayo has the raw talent to develop. Not shocking to me.
Melvin White was a slight surprise only because we like big guys outside. But Teddy Williams has balled out the past two games and I know they are high on Heath.
The most surprising is Boykin. I have to wonder if he asked for his release so that he could go back to Green Bay. He could sign a one-year deal there, be the 3rd wideout, have a solid year, and cash in next year. Good business move if that's the case.
