Lol. No case. The law doesn’t target a state. It’s a cap at $10,000. It does not limit the state’s ability to raise or collect taxes. Gonna be fun to watch this. Fed coffers just increased.

  5. Big win...and yet another 5-4 decision. Sad. https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/17pdf/16-1466_2b3j.pdf Alito writes (snippets): Democrats may see a huge hit in this PAC cash cow.

There is no credible scientific link between vaccines and autism. Period. There may be other environmental factors, but vaccines have not proven to be the cause.
  8. Baltimore politicians were begging for federal assistance just a few months ago. I guess that's because homicides were down right?
  9. As I said, there are numerous ways to do that. Just because you cannot comprehend it doesn't make it not possible. I gave you one method.
  10. 60,000 miles gets you how many domestic flights? Almost 3 on Delta.
  11. Is it still outstanding debt? Two things. 1, I absolutely throw tickets, etc that I'm organizing with buddies to get points/benefits since I'm purchasing the tix or whatever. and 2. You didn't know what the home improvement was. Maybe the wife wanted to jump on it and they went ahead and put it on a credit card and eventually transitioned it to a home equity loan once the bank approved. Thing is...you've already indicted the man in your mind over what you don't even have all the facts on. You all are just looking ignorant.
  12. So he fronts buying the tickets to put on his credit card (to get points/miles maybe) and his buddies reimburse him and that's grounds for impropriety? That and house improvements? Keep digging.

Nothing wrong with going Bork on a nominee right? The Garland scenario did the same without the waste of hearings.

Kagan was voted in a mid term election. We've been over this. Biden himself was the original one that stated that it was long standing tradition that no nominee in a presidential election year should occur. You want to see the video of Biden's speech on this from the Senate floor?
