Pretty good film study of Fitzgerald's game against GB.
His two biggest plays were a Go route, lined up wide right in the 3rd quarter against man coverage and no safety help. Good coverage but a great throw by Palmer.
2nd big play was obviously the play in OT. Whether it was zone or man, the defense had a huge breakdown to allow him to be wide open 25 yards down the field. Poor pursuit angles led to the additional 60 YAC.
My biggest takeaway is the route pattern. 9/13 routes are less than 15 yards when the ball is thrown. In my mind, short & intermediate routes allow for help from our LBs (who are both excellent in coverage). http://nflbreakdowns.com/larry-fitzgerald-cardinals-packers-divisional-2015/
