Did you just completely gloss over the fact that these "idiots" who were threatening and assaulting people were indicted for their actions? That goes well beyond merely being an "idiot" I would have to say. You should probably just log off dude, you're digging yourself a hole here.
It's amazing just how much of a dick you've been in your own thread on this just because not everyone is showering your arguments with praise. Maybe next time just don't make a thread if you're going to act like a gigantic baby because everyone doesn't agree with you.
I don't think anyone is arguing with the possibility that Snead might make a difference. What people are arguing is just how much that impact would be in an offense with a different philosophy without an entire offseason/training camp/preseason to learn, and develop with the offense. You cannot have a legitimate hypothetical discussion about this while ignoring those factors.
Attempting to compare WR's in our run first offense versus WR's in the Saints pass happy offense without taking the key fundamental differences in each respective offense into account is entirely pointless.
Hard to say what Snead would be doing for us right now. He has been with the Saints developing, learning, and finding his fit within their offense since December of last year. That is a huge factor. He was only here with us for 44 days, on the practice squad, and that was well into the season. Seems like there is really no sense conversing with you if you are just going to continue willfully bypassing factors that don't align with your narrative.
We are a running team. The Saints offense is all about racking up passing yards, no matter who is at WR. That is Sean Payton. You saw what McCown did to us through the air. If you refuse to acknowledge the significant role that very basic, and crucial difference plays in this scenario, that's on you man.
