  1. GRWatcher added a post in a topic Shula: KB's void may be filled by committee, talks up CB

I see the same using Chrome on a Windows desktop when the quote is long. Problem seems that the reply box doesn't have a scroll bar to see everything at the top. Sometimes I post the quote then use edit to add my comment because the reply box works better then. A preview function for your reply before posting would be heaven too.

Plus Falcons' o-line still has many, many problems and, therefore, so does Ryan. He reminds me so much of Jeff George (gets rattled easily, very streaky) that I get nauseous watching them play. They don't have a true #2 WR and I'll be surprised if Julio Jones stays healthy all season. Defense should be better just because of Quinn but, man, they have Godfrey at safety not Kam Chancellor or Earl Thomas so don't be expecting to see anything close to "Seahawks East".

Can we get neg rep back? Please?

AND if I was coaching the team, I wouldn't answer any questions with any information that in any way may benefit our opponents at any time.  o_O
Jeremy needs to offer a class on coachspeak. Many on here would benefit greatly from taking it.

  5. GRWatcher added a post in a topic This Jarrett Boykin highlight vid makes me feel good..

I honestly do not know who our #1 or #2 WR will be, or if there even will be one. Maybe it will be by committee. But what I do know is that any WR that wants the job has to be consistent. And what I have seen in our 2 preseason games is that Ginn & Boykin have been the WR's to be consistent. A couple of rookies have stood out too but their value is difficult to judge with the 3rd string. The rest of the group have some work to do with very little time left, including Funchess just because he's been limited. The next game will tell a lot.

On paper, true. Let's see this talent on the field with the 3 other mystery players be consistently good.

I had to pull this thread up! Matt Willig is Inhuman!!

    Ok. Shoot me now. :)

  8. GRWatcher added a post in a topic One thing to watch in JAX. Cruz/Beckham give warning of sorts

Olsen will see it & work against it, mention it to the squad. He's our enforcer. The big worry is their tackling of Cam. If it isn't clean, Cam will let them know.

  9. GRWatcher added a post in a topic Let's talk about when we were wrong...

I have to go back 20 years to start my list.
    Kerry Collins
    Fred Lane
    Cris Carter {I kept thinking, he only needs to get stronger to win those fights with the CB's.}
I honestly thought Ponder would turn out to be the best QB of that class. Silly me.
I've learned to just enjoy the show during the draft & accept whoever we draft.  And every preseason I do pull for our 2nd & 3rd string guys to make it somewhere if not with us just because they work so hard to get that opportunity.

Surely he can't be a better RB than our hero Redden, can he?

Yes, just as Gross & Wharton did. The 3 are close friends & may think alike, that a good life is possible after football. Makes sense to me.

I think, too, that with Shaq we will better be able to handle the hurry-up & no-huddle offenses that are happening more & more.

I actually think Kalil retires as an active Panther. I hope so.
