  1. Russell, is that you? Because you're clearly making poo up. If Russell wanted to come back and play (the whole time) all he had to do was say "I'm coming back this fall to play". But he wouldn't say that. He wouldn't commit to coming back because he truly thought he could be an MLB player (even though he had only ever been a mediocre college player). Once he started playing baseball full time then he realized that he was only ever going to been a middle of the road, minor league prospect. Come the first of June, he called TOB and said he wanted to come back. At that time, he was told that he could be Glennons backup or be given his release because they had to move on because of his choice to play baseball. He did what he had to do for himself and his "family". No one at NC State would have a problem anymore if he would keep his mouth shut but he won't. And even worse, when he opens his mouth he keeps spewing lie and lie.
  2. Exactly. There's a reason you didn't hear an outcry from players then (or now) about him not "being allowed" to come back.
  3. We were in school at the same time. I have friends that played on the team (some shared the same huddle with him). He is not the person he makes himself out to be in the media.
  4. Let's not forget that Russell decided to walk on senior day as a junior, he refused to give the team a yes or no whether he would return and if he were batting .350 instead of .220 he probably stays with baseball all together. But please, Russell, keep making poo up.
  5. Shakeup in the Panthers scouting department

It sucks for us but I'm happy for both of those guys. When anyone is able to retire on their own and able to go off and be with their family, then that's something to celebrate. And with the guy that's heading to the Titans, that's great for both him and us. He gets a promotion and it helps validate us as having one of the premier scouting departments in the league.
  6. It's not quite as simple as "Do I want Derrick Henry at 30?" It really depends on who has gone where and who is available at the time.
  7. It's been a good ride but it's probably time we move in a cheaper direction at FB. Plus he wasn't nearly the weapon this season as in years past. Plus I'm still pissed about the Super Bowl..
  8. Did Corvey Irving ever actually play in a game for us? A 2 is way too generous for him.
  9. Better know a prospect - Kevin Dodd

My only issue with him is that he was "the other guy" along the Clemson line. Wouldn't be the first time we've seen aplayer that was opposite of a star on their line to go somewhere else and not be able to produce.
  10. 2016 Schedule Notes

I hope the Denver game is early in the season. My sisters boyfriend is a Broncos season ticket holder and he's giving me 2 of his tickets for that gameso I don't want to be there when it's cold.
  11. Coples is a free agent again. Coples>Horton

If he wasn't a former UNC player would you still want him?
  12. Voth and his website are now dead to me.
  13. Well Isn't That Convenient...

I don't think the NFL fixedthe game because it would take too much of massive effort to do so.I don't know if they even stressed certain things that would benefit the Broncos style of play. That being said, I don't exactly trust the NFL not to try something like that either.
  14. Nothing at all. No radio, no tv, nothing. This morning my wife had on Good Morning America and I heard them mention the game and I had to come in and make her turn the channel. This one is way worse than 03 and will take a long while to get over.
  15. "Ask the personnel department" Fox absolutely quit on our team. He was pissed off that he didn't get a contract extension so he tried to make the team pay out of spite.Yeah, they didn't give him much to work with, but he didn't try to get the team ready and blamed all of his failures on "the personnel department." Outside of his first few seasons here he was a .500 coach; nothingmore and nothing less. As for winning in the playoffs with The Golden Calf of Bristol, does anyone remember how long he held out before he put him in? He waited until the season was seemingly lost. He just got lucky that their division was garbage and that The Golden Calf of Bristol had an evenbigger horseshoe than Russell Wilson's stuck up his ass.
