  1. Where's NanceUSMC?

We always lose a few posters every year. People's real life scenarios change and they just can't post as much, as has been my case for a while. I still miss King Klong and Chucktown
  2. Sweet Caroline- A new Perspective

Yeah but so is literally every Bon Jovi song ever written and I love me some Jon Bon

  10. Wow yeah that Stout sounds pretty amazing. But I'm good with either, the christmas ale might be a nice thing to make, I've always been a fan of them. I like scotch ales as well, smoked ales are always nice. Although I love IPA's I've had a lot of IPA lately coming off summer so I'd like to do something else.

  11. The christmas ale is tempting too. It has orange, cinnamon, clove, and nutmeg in it.

  12. It appeals to me, but I already have this other stout so I think I'm gonna hold off on it even though you actually melt semi sweet chocolate into the wort, and then let it sit on top of crushed mint leaves in the secondary. It sounds awesome, but IPA and scotch ale are good styles as well.

  13. I don't think that I've ever had a chocolate mint stout ever.

  14. i'm trying to make up my mind on what to brew next. i'm thinking a scotch ale recipe from one of my books. others under consideration are an IPA, a chocolate mint stout and a strong christmas ale. gonna be a couple weeks before i do it probably.
