Unless it could be argued that he hurt a big tough football player's feeling so much it felt like a late hit or a punch, Norman's "offense" wasn't even in the same realm. TD's late hit probably was on par with the punch (if not worse, if you actually saw the punch...).
he was asked a question about playing NE. He didn't just randomly start talking about Brady and his wife out of the blue. Was it un-pc? Probably. But it's nowhere near the big deal that PFT is trying to make it out to be. His "guns blazing" comment was no big deal too. The guy has never gotten in trouble with guns and it's a pretty common expression fitting for his situation. I'd expect him to be more conscious of his wording if he were actually guilty of what he was accused of, but since he's not he wouldn't even think about the connection.
Yea, I knew he was a CB at LSU. Thought he was changed to S in Arizona though. Oh well, he's a good player. At Nickle CB I can see him being like Munnerlyn. edit: I looked it up, he is a FS. misleading list is misleading.
Yea, that year he finally got good at run defense was the year he got up to around 295 from what I read at the time. The last year or so I think he was playing at 285 and an unstoppable machine in both the run game and pass. His happy medium weight.
My choice is pretty similar to the "decision making" one, but more specifically it's his patience. He's moving around in the pocket more and waiting for the right choice to appear (as opposed to making the wrong choice, previously he was making the choice that was the best at the time, but not in the end...small distinction). That's what I think has improved the most: patience.
That would be great. He's 275? Doesn't look it. As quick as he is at 275 is awesome. edit: looked it up, he's 254 according to NFL.com. a good 30 lbs lighter than Hardy when he was here lol. explains his quickness. hopefully he can bulk up a little
Yea He needs to be filling Stewart's rookie year role. He needs 10 or so carries a game, and not waiting til our last seven or our last quarter. We know Stewart used to get stronger as the game went on and that would be a reason against this, but it doesn't seem to be the case this year for whatever reason.
I'd have to see those numbers on the OL. Even if they do say that, stats lie. Our OL is ok at pass protection (Cam makes them look better than they are) and they're pretty damn bad at run blocking. One good player does not make a good supporting cast, that is a supporting actor. Not even gonna comment on this one, lol. Stewart used to be good, I dunno about now. His vision seems off. He's a couple good runs, but a lot of running into defenders too. Our RBs ain't doing anything this year so far.
