  1. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Yeah, if you have good representation, you manage to get off completely like....Peyton Manning did. (Did I mention that I think he should have been charged?)   If you have poor representation, the public defender will automatically just recommend you take the plea bargain regardless of whether or not you did it. That's the way the system works.   Nothing serious would have happened to Peyton unless there had been extenuating circumstances (and there weren't). I read an article last night about how a teacher in Tennessee had straight up raped a student and only got probation. Had to register as a sex offender, but served no jail time.
  2. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

I can see you're a pretty big fan of Kate Upton. I sure hope you didn't check out her leaked pictures when they came out or else you contributed to her being violated in an arguably worse manner than what happened to Peyton's trainer.
  3. Tugboat Tolbert.... Does he return?

My bad! In that case, I definitely would not resign. Wouldn't even entertain it.
  4. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Every case like this starts off with a big hefty charge with a big hefty possible punishment to encourage defendants to take the plea deal so the court can be done with it.
  5. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

He said, she said. We're never going to know exactly what happened in the aftermath of the incident.   Is this really the same Huddle where 70% of posters wanted to drag Nicole Holder's name through the mud and bend over backwards to believe everything Hardy said while calling Holder a gold-digging, psycho whore?
  6. Tugboat Tolbert.... Does he return?

Cut him. I want all the goats from the Super Bowl gone. Can't look at them the same way if you're a teammate.
  7. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Cosby raped 60 women from 1965 to 2008. So no.
  8. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Another Huddler with just so much emotion oozing out of them this Sunday morning. Again, I would want to kill Peyton if he did that to my daughter, but I would want to kill Peyton if he smacked her ass or sexually harassed her with words at work. She's not my daughter though and she's not your daughter. Take this emotional stuff out of it.   Would I, Sam Mills Fan, have any problem with Peyton Manning being around my sister in 2016? Not at all. And if we're being honest, no one in this thread would either. People are just going off on this because we just lost to Peyton's team (even though Peyton played no role in the loss) and because they're sad at this double standard they see between how the media treats Cam and how they treat other players.
  9. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Wow, look at this, another person that doesn't realize Cosby forcibly put his penis inside the mouths and vaginas of dozens of women without their consent. For the 20th time, that's not what Peyton did and not even that woman is accusing him of that. Not even the trainer said Peyton raped her.
  10. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

You're so emotional about this. Calm down. If you take the emotional argument and say "would it be okay" and bring up family...I will cut a bitch for making a family member sad, much less rubbing their junk in their face. The law is emotionless though and I can be too since I don't know Peyton or the trainer.
  11. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

    1. If Manning did this yesterday, it would be a big deal. 2. If Manning raped someone 20 years ago, it would be a big deal. 3. Manning doing what he did 20 years ago is not a big deal.
  12. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Google also shows that first-time offenders in TN are often pled down to misdemeanor lewd conduct or indecent exposure, get probation, and don't have to register.
  13. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Oh brother, no person in this country, celebrity or not, rich or poor, is a registered sex offender because they rubbed their dick on someone's face 20 years ago. And for the last f'ing time, I said he probably should have been charged with something assuming that this woman is telling the truth.    Funny how on the Huddle I was a hero for defending Cam's past with the laptop when people kept citing that as a reason not to draft him and mostly a hero for saying Hardy was probably not guilty (until I researched more and determined he was absolutely guilty), but I'm a rape apologist for saying Peyton Manning isn't a sexual predator because he rubbed his junk in someone's face 20 years ago.
  14. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Again, no it literally is not. Rape is forcible penetration, period. Giving it other definitions is what brings us idiots on Twitter that say they're raped when a guy says they have a nice ass. Sexual harassment is bad, sexual assault is very bad, rape is heinous. Rape can get you 15-life, rubbing your dick on someone's face cannot.
  15. Peyton Manning's Sexual Assault Case

Wrong again. I said he should have been charged with sexual assault back then, please read. But should that mean he should be branded as a sexual predator in 2016? Nope! People change. Should we think of Cam as a thief because he stole someone's laptop in college? Nope! People change. And before someone accuses me of this next: Am I saying larceny as bad as sexual assault? Nope! That means nothing though and I didn't say that. Unless you commit a first-degree felony or do something that leads to someone's death, we should really let things go. We shouldn't hold something that happened in 1996 against Peyton and we shouldn't hold something that happened in 2008 against Cam.
