  1. I guess this is like Hardy all over again on this forum. There will be 10 page long discussions every time Norman sneezes. And wonderful analysis how every thing Norman does is some type of slight to the Panthers.
  2. The first Super Bowl ever was in LA.
  3. Norman "Panthers aren't family enough"

This is a trend that happens with every team for the history of the NFL. In fact it is not a trend at all. It is just the facts of life.
  4. Yes. More than all the other sports networks combined. Their issue is they overpaid for rights fees for too many leagues and now people are dropping cable where they required cable companies to carry their channels on the base package. Without those fees from every cable user they lose lots of revenue. They still are the dominant force in sports and nobody is coming close to challenging them (Fox is failing at every turn).
  5. Who is beating them? FS1 is getting killed in the ratings trying to compete. In fact, ESPN has basically shown that the personalities at ESPN can be easily replaced and not affect their ratings. Fox has been taking ESPN employees left and right and has not made a bit of difference. At the end of the day ESPN owns the more sports rights to the biggest sports than anybody else. They are only hurting because of rising rights fees.
  6. Mike Tirico is going to NBC, and he's leaving ESPN.

Word on the streets, Sean McDonough will be his replacement on MNF.
  7. ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX PRESSER FEED?

Chrome uses its own version of flash. You can't uninstall it.
  8. He has had literally less than a day to have negotiations with another team. How in the world would he have signed a deal by now? This addition to his team really doesn't mean anything except he wants a better negotiator.
  9. Josh Norman is NOT going to do Offseason Workouts

Well, it is a tradition here on the Huddle. I also can't wait until preseason for the Huddle to fall in love with the 6th string running back proclaiming him the best running back on the team.
  10. I think the OP has been watching too many conspiracy theory videos on Youtube.
  11. Eisen: Nortman to Jax

Special teams players are (gunners, etc). And then long snapper. Then punter.
  12. Eisen: Nortman to Jax

Most punters are the holders these days. It use to be the backup QB but that is becoming more rare. So finding a holder shouldn't be much of a challenge. Plus, the Panthers have one of the best long snappers in the league.
  13. Eisen: Nortman to Jax

Yards per punt is hardly helpful when discussing a punter. Nortman was good a booming the ball 2 years ago. But the Panthers gave up way too many big plays because he always out kicked his coverage. The reason Nortman was shanking some the last few years is because the Panthers tried to get him to use hangtime instead of going for distance.
  14. Tolbert returning for two more years

Maybe. Tolbert is really just a FB in short yardage situations. His versatility as a RB does open up a spot if the Panthers want to keep another FB.
  15. Kuechly

Labrum repair is minor surgery now?
