  1. Lions Hire Ernie Accorsi

    Bears.  Ryan Pace
  2. Cam Mic'd Up

    Third time's the charm
  3. Finally, an episode of Inside the NFL that doesn't suck

Imagine the jawing between cam and j no back in camp.  24 micd up would be epic.
  4. Not sure what to think about, Hardy

Tough question for our guys imo.  Even coach admitted he still hasnt looked at the pictures. I think everyone genuinely cared about Greg but the situation was what it was.  Now hes lining up on the otherside of the ball.
  5. Jets waive Quentin Coples

Miami is about as poorly run as any team in the nfl.  Surprised they were even able to absorb the contract with all the money theyve wasted recently.
  6. week 1 - week 10: All Panthers Drives at a Glance

@KB_fan your compilations are greatly appreciated by myself and many others.  Thanks for sharing as always.
  7. Possibly more reps for Funchess.  Due for the real breakout.  120yd and 2td! Bene seems to be better outside.  An occasional look inside and maybe he makes a big play, but hes over exposed with his usage inside this year.  Maybe we ease up on Tillman and Bene turns it around playing mostly outside again.
  8. Forgive my ignorance...

Just for the simple sake of elaborating on what has mostly already been said... Think weak side verses strong side.  A well coordinated attack will generally be directed at a weak spot.  You need a talented individual to protect a fundamentally weak side of a formation.  Typically the opposite on the strong side of the formation.  You want more holding power and push than agility and skill.  These strong side weak side principles apply to most every position on the field on both offense and defense.  Especially when you get into complex 3-4 rush defenses.
  9. We signed a waste of space (Tyler Hansbrough)

    Rim protection or rim shot?
  10. Watching Vonleh vs. Towns

Or front court is big al, frank the tank, a Zeller, and Spencer Hawes.  Our backcourt attack is pretty much Kemba and Batum.  We have no rim protection and will often find ourselves outmatched rebounding.  We will very heavily reliant on Kemba for offense.  He and Batum are the only real playmakers on the team, and i wouldn't rank either of them as "among the best."  frank the tank has an outside shot at being a real scoring option (pun intended) but wed be foolish to expect him to even have more than jared sullinger production.  Id be happy if we even got at least that.
  11. Watching Vonleh vs. Towns

I guess the key word is "we."   I, on the other hand, will more than likely have some level of interest in his career.  Simply for the fact that we just drafted the guy a year ago.
  12. Watching Vonleh vs. Towns

Folks... Just accept the fact we will more than likely watch Vonleh develop in to a premier pro while we hammer down a 7 seed and lose in the first round to Washington.
  13. Honeybees in Bikinis

He asked "did we want more hornets coverage" on the huddle.  He soon delivered.
  14. Hornets select Frank Kaminsky

Jones summing up my feelings here..
  15. Hornets select Frank Kaminsky

mid 70 is not good but he displayed improvement.  Can't forget he was a college freshman just last year..  Kaminsky shoots in the mid 70s... he took 110 3s last season. Shooting may not be his calling card but he is definitely more than capable and is already showing measurable improvements. Doesn't matter now.  We obviously liked Kaminsky better whether I or the majority of the fan base agree or not.  Winslow will be likely be giving us fits while at Miami tho..
