  1. My take on the Cam Newton fumble.

I don't really care if I am a homer.  But lets talk the number of times he has run into the teeth of a defense or ran over a safety or linebacker to get a first down or TD. Lets discuss how he plays every game and every play. To question his toughness, heart, or willingness to put body in harm's way is laughable. He made a snap judgment.  Maybe he was wrong in that decision, but to question his toughness and heart is dumb and beneath anyone who has watched him play for 5 seasons
  2. If Cam Newton wasn't a Panther...

I would probably hate him when we played him.  Other than that I dont really care about other players until it has something to do with my Panthers.
  3. My take on the Cam Newton fumble.

He has played with a bum ankle, broken ribs, and a broken back... all at the same time Lets keep it in perspective.
  4. My take on the Cam Newton fumble.

Demarcus Ware dove right at his knees also (mot intentionally i dont think) but Cam was indeed in a precarious position to have his knee blown out Culpepper style
  5. My take on the Cam Newton fumble.

No QB in the NFL puts his body in harm's way more than Cam Newton. This is a guy who played with a bum ankle, broken ribs, and a broken back last season. The idea of him not being commtted or tough is laughable. He made a snap judgment.  He may have made wrong decision and it may have been a technique issue.  But it isnt heart or toughness.
  6. Seahawk Frank Clark laying into Cam Newton

Who is Frank Clark?   Is he a practice squad player or something.  Never heard of him  (except that time he punched a woman in the face in college)
  7. JNo - To Tag or Not to Tag?

Whatever makes sense.   Sign him if we can.  Tag him if we can't
  8. "Show me a good loser... "

He is a leader.  The lockerroom and fanbase has his back and bought into what Cam is selling. You might not like his style of leadership, but he doesn't answer to you.  He answers to his teammates, his fans, and the organization.  They follow him.  That is all that matters. What is a worse look is guys who won and decided to rub it in through the media and social media.  Guys like Talib, and TJ ward, and Wade Phillips.  There is a difference between dancing and celebrating on the field, and running to the media to talk poo about our players after a win Since you seem concerned about optics and sportmanship will you admit that they looked even worse than Cam Newton in all of this?  And do they need to grow up?
  9. Seriously wtf is this Charlotte?

Which is ironic since half of them have blocked me on twitter for politely disagreeing with them or one of their articles.
  10. Mike Shula's EGO

The Shula hate is old.  Denver has a great defense and we played poorly collectively. Not every play call is perfect, but we did enough to win that game, but fugged it up with pre snap penalties and turnovers. You guys are no better than the Cam Newton haters who cant wait to get your claws out whenever things dont go well.
  11. Not a thing.  Can barely look at my twitter feed becauae i just get pissed off
  12. This was a magical season even if it didn't end the way we all hoped. They deserved that welcome.  Good job PantherNation.
  13. I am usually pretty cordial to most posters.  But you need to just go away
  14. We will win the NFC South if we stay healthy nd think we will return the pieces to make a run at it.
  15. Winning with grace

So everyone playes extra hard and we still won 17 games?  Dang.  We were pretty good.
