  1. X-Men Apocalypse

it's really more about them shoving Jennifer Lawrence on us more than Mystique as a character.
  2. X-Men Apocalypse

First batch of reviews are out...they're not good.
  3. People are using are this to make some huge statement about how its end the end of ESPN, cord cutting will be the downfall of the corporate giant but thats all over blown. All of ESPN's competition is still far behind on creating their own identity(most people I know don't even know what channel FS1 is on). ESPN will cut cost and four or five years down the line they'll have new talking heads we all hate on the internet. Of course I wish it were not like this but but I saw everyone say basically the same thing with MTV and it didnt work they just evolved.
  4. You could say this about the draft in general when it comes to fans. Even when the team makes picks fans love its usually just based on it being a well known name or a draft guys liking it on TV becasue most didn't even watch a full game of that player.
  5. The thing is..until another network actually competes with them just hiring away talent won't do much in the long run becasue ESPN is in a position to create the next loud mouth everyone hates on the internet but still watches. Fox sports was suppose to be that but they failed so now theyre just picking ESPN host and hiring their former CEOs to run things
  6. Skip (the master troll) Bayless is leaving ESPN in August

Sad to see Fox Sports abandoned the whole being original thing after a few of their shows failed and now are settling on being a ESPN clone.
  7. X-Men Apocalypse

it looks good but i'm kind of "meh" about seeing this one...Think all the hype from the other superheros films burned me out.
  8. Patrick Peterson throws a haymaker at Josh Norman

Honestly it sounds like you're putting your love for the team in the middle of the facts bringing emotion into business. We're team first becasue we are fans, the players are team first up to what their contract says..beyond that I can't fault them for going for everything they feel like they're worth and far as him being "Me me me" I never expected anything different. Finding a selfless WR or CB is pretty rare.. Like I said I am glad we did not overpay him but I also don't think he's some kind of snake now becasue he wanted a ton of money from a billion dollar franchise.
  9. The Magnificent Seven....remake

Training day reunion with the director, Denzel Washington and Ethan Hawke. Too early for me to tell if it's gonna be good or not but it has a great cast.
  10. Patrick Peterson throws a haymaker at Josh Norman

Someone that wants to get paid the most they can in a league that averages three years of employment? I'm glad we did not overpay him but I can't fault him for going for the money while you can.
  11. Panthers rescind Norman's franchise tag...

This is the kind of tweet that gets people in trouble if they don't have anything to back it up
  12. Suicide Squad

    New trailer from tonight
  13. Captain America: Civil War

True and I think its needed sometimes but I wish there was more nuance in the conversation at the very least more people would see DC and Marvel approach things differently.
  14. Captain America: Civil War

I hate the constant comparisons between Marvel and DC..The fanboy fever will be at a all time high when this film drops with how BvS should have been like this and how much better it was. Which all may be true. BvS had plenty of issues but I also realize they approach things differently even when the subject matter is so similar.
  15. Arrow

I think at this point pretty much everyone feels that hasnt been all that good the past two seasons.
