and for his sake...I hope he shows the rest of the league what is real attitude is all about.
I know many other players in the past have pulled this kind of poo too...I think the entire league benefits a great deal if the Seahawks hold firm on this and help set the precedent...especially so early into a contract.
I said of course YOU guys all hate him. and he's the first and only one? I'm not a religious person by all means but I know alot of people that certainly are and they feel that everything they do in life is a direct result of what God asks them to do....just saying. All I know is the guy never gets in trouble as far as I know...spends every Tuesday at the Children's Hospital and just seems to do everything that is right.
two guys yanking on each other's face mask and one guy gets ejected for ripping the other guys helmet off....and clearly it was on still when they all went to the ground!!! Weird. lots of really odd calls...I watched it a couple times and still scratch my head...I think it was Starks that was taken down at about the 1/2 yard line and they officials marked him down and the next play was going to start. You clearly see the back judge counting the seahawks on the field and then he throws a flag...looks like he's calling 12 men....but then he counts again and clearly there are only 11. Discusses it with the ref and then all of a sudden the ref comes out saying that the replay booth buzzed him for a review of the previous call.....bullshit.
anyway....Packers played a great game, took advantage of some Seahawk mistakes for sure and were the better team for most the game and deserved to win. 0-2 but I'm not worried at all.
I hope he sits the entire season. only in his 2nd year of a 5 year deal that made him the 2nd highest paid at his position....screw that. You signed it, you loved it, now you honor it or you stay home and lose your quarter of a million dollars each week.
yes...don't take my freedom....but please, feel free to shoot my daughter or my son while they do their job or while they sit in a theater enjoying a movie or while they go to school. constitution says I can have a gun and goddamnit, I'm going to have one...or two or 10
very sad and my heart goes out to the victim's friends and families. until the attitudes and behaviours around guns change, unfortunately this will just happen again and again and again in some fashion or another. Has nothing to do with politics or gun control/registration. All comes down to accessibility in my opinion and that's what makes the biggest difference between Canada and USA. I believe there are so many Americans with guns that getting one is incredibly too easy...legally or otherwise. Pretty sure I could roll into most US cities and within a short amount of time I could get my hands on a gun. I don't think that could happen here, or I'm just naive.
