Ugh, I have a buddy rolling with only one. We call him Han SOLO (in bro-jest of course). Congrats on being a survivor, Bro! Had pain in my last year. Never worried it was cancer, but put it off for months. FINALLY went and doc had me better in a cpl days. Just go to the doc. No point in living with the pain or the fear when you legitimately don't have to.
Seems low at first glance, but it is almost a third of the NFL season, 31.25% TBE. Talking strictly percentages and recklessly ignoring an infinite amount of other factors, that would be like 50 games in MLB and 25 in NBA.
There was when I was there from 01-06. We used to cram 15 people into an apt living for some of the bigger games. I ALWAYS had a group to watch with on Sundays. Always seemed to meet random ppl at the bar to talk Panthers with too. Getting in with the students would go a long way... I just haven't been able to crack in yet, but that is partly due to them being on summer break. Boone's population in 2010 was 18,211 while ASU's enrollment is 18,026 So assuming the vast majority of the student body isn't counted as having permanent residence in Boone, you could say that Boone's "population" nearly doubles when ASU is in session.
After some time to reflect, this is why I like the pick: -He can score! What a novel idea for for a basketball team. He can shoot the 3 well and drive to the basket. He will be tough to guard on the perimeter. -He has ridiculous ball handling skills for a 7 footer. He uses a stutter step and spin move to beat his man. He has experience as a PG and can see the floor. -He has gotten better and added body mass every single year in college. There's no reason to think he can't continue towards 245-250 in the big boy gym. -4 yrs of college ball means he should be able to come in and play his first year. Not considered a "project". His biggest concerns, which have been discussed here ad nauseam, are defense and playing through contact in the post. Ewing should be able to help him become less of a liability on D. His perimeter game should open up driving lanes to the basket . Think what McBob did for this team. Kaminsky has the same type of game as McBob. Add his fire to that skill set and I think he COULD have a major impact on our win column. Clearly no one can see the future of any draft pick, but this is where I'm at with Kaminsky at this moment.
