Too bad it wasn't a fetus. If it were, there'd be no issue

From what I can tell so far, bernie and rand are the only two candidates that are not bought and paid for

I suppose Gates, Soros, Heinz, Kennedy, Zuckerberg, Jobs and Buffet don't count

If only Fox were made to sell their business to MSNBC then all racism would die

So much for cheating smart. If Goodell is smart, he'll let this stand as evidence of guilt in the court of public opinion

IF this administration were actually smart, they would have reported Osama being dead and cut a deal to keep him alive while he provided intel on Al Queda.  Then again, I don't credit a political class to do anything more than what is politically expedient for themselves.

Praising a president for "making the tough call" to deal with Bin Laden is laughable.  I wanted to believe that this thread was a joke.  Oh well, I could see this same thread playing out any number of ways.
"I am genuinely sad that Obama didn't have more time to fix all the wrongs that he said he was going to do.  If it weren't for Republicans in Congress a lot would have been fixed by now.  If only the media had been more understanding of a black man being in office, we could have gotten a lot more done.  America has been unfair to Obama... blah, blah, blah".
Obama will be remembered in history as the first black president of the US and little more.  Any historian could write up a generic template and Obama would fit all the criteria.  Anyone deluding themselves into reminiscing about the "good ole' days" when Obama was in office will be deluding themselves into thinking he was intent on bailing out Main St instead of Wall St, ending the wars in the middle east, fixing the economy, being a proponent of gay rights, being tough on drugs and crime, solving immigration issues, etc.  He's a cookie cutter DC politician simply looking to cement his place in the American oligarchy.
Yeah, I'm gonna miss that terribly until we get the next cookie cutter DC politician to fill in.

I understand that, but while viable constitutes what legally qualifies one for a person (once they're born), it doesn't prevent an actual compelling case for what makes someone a person.
