You obviously part with some players like Walker, Henderson, McRoberts...

Similar to what Houston did.

If our dumbasses wanted to win. Should have traded for Harden and drafted Lillard. Bam, but those two little mistakes we made now we are here. Again.

Definitely should have acquired Harden, don't know why we got cold feet.

We shop the number 2 pick to them for Harden and we had to take on a contract I believe. But Cho believed we could get somebody as equal to Harden's skill lol. Boy was he wrong.

Trade the pick for Harden... then use the pick we traded away to draft Lillard? Can't do both I'm afraid.

Kemba would have not been drafted it would have been a 4 year plan

Yep. We have the $ and we're not far off. We need a SG who can handle the ball and will shoot 3's (looking at you Hendo) and a bench that won't let the other team go on a 20-4 run.

Also, we got screwed at the end of the season. The Cats could have beaten (or at the very least kept it close in a long series against) any other team in the East. But, of course, we get screwed to get the Heat.

If only we had beaten the Celtics.

You traded the second pick (that we used on MKG) to OKC for Harden leaving us with no picks in the 2012 draft.

Lillard was also in the 2012 draft, so how do you get Harden and Lillard?

Mullens is backup player on a mediocre team and a bench warmer on any other team.

Augustin is good but you could find other replacements for him easily. Biyombo is nothing special. Tyrus Thomas is the reason we don't have our pick this year and he sucks. Henderson is an average SG.

Why would any team want to waste half their roster with that at the cost of losing a top draft pick?

Not following... Kemba was drafted a year before we got the second pick, it's not like Lillard was a prospect people lusted after years in advance like LeBron or Wiggins. Hell, guy was pretty much an unknown out of Weber State, many thought the Blazers took him early. But the point is you can't trade the second pick and still expect to get Lillard.

I suppose in a perfect world we would've taken Kawhi and Klay in 2011 (though I think both are overrated due to their situation, still good though) and then Lillard in 2012.

Problem is we can't see the future, being upset about taking x ahead of y is always easier in hindsight. Robinson was an NBA-ready prospect and Lillard was a D2 project. That's like Ennis turning out better than Randle, seems unlikey on draft day but poo happens.
