@RapSheet: Interesting RT @Rand_Getlin: The #Panthers are traveling for a last minute meeting with former #PennState WR Allen Robinson, per a source.

Interesting. I thought Gettleman said the scouting process was done?

A WHOLE PIE!

Robinson has become criminally underrated in this entire process.

The only way we're getting him IMO is at 28, or with a slight trade down. Could be our guy with this news.

Gettleman wants pro ready WR's. This guy apparently fits the mold.

He may be there in the second. This guy doesn't sniff the first round. To many wrs have risen above him and the buzz on him has cool significantly since the start of the draft process.

Cool stuff.  He's one of those that seems can really hit the ground running come August/Sept.

If they want their guy they have to take him 28, i cant see any WR they have had private workouts with be available by our second round pick. This is a LOT of evaluation on one position of the top prospects.

Not buying it. Just seems to be a smokescreen this late in the process to me

I'd be happy with him.

had some character issues at PSU. guys with character issues have been historically bad for the Panther's franchise. not that i wouldnt take him if i were Gman, but Robinson would have to prove to me (as Gman) that his issues are behind him. especially in light of the Frank Alexander situation.
