I say B.  A+ for value, the obvious immediate need isn't there but these sort of picks will pay off in the long run.

Based solely on value, this is an A+++ draft.

Rebuild mode grade. Now all we need is a top 5 pick for next year and we shall be contenders.

I voted B and that is because of the need thing that will be beat to death. But Ealy was great value and Turner I can't comment much on except he a big man.

Honestly I think everyone will look back thinking holy crap we probably got 4 starters from the 2014 draft. (Assuming we get a tackle or cb in the 4th)

A+ Turner helps us now. Ealy helps us next year.

C, Ealy was great value but tough to use a use a second on a kid that is not going to play much when we have some major holes, Turner is going to help the running game from day one and has some major upside he kind of made up for the Ealy pick but I think a double up on OT, OG would have benefited the team more

A. Great value and players that will have an impact now. I know Ealy may not start, unless we trade Hardy, but he will contribute now. Cant wait for tomorrow! First time i have been truly excited for ALL late round picks!

Ealy was #38 according to McShay and they got him at 60.  Turner was #65 and they got him at 92.  Take that for why it's worth.

Who knows what will happen tomorrow.  Should be interesting.

Exactly, two value picks.  Turner could be the guard for the next decade, and Ealy will allow us to make salary cap room for Cam.
