Hardy goes out and get 15 sacks again...This means nothing...

So true...

Even if he cold cocked her in the jaw. 15-20 sacks makes it all go away.

Long term effects are as follows (worst case scenario):

Hardy gets wrapped up in some serious legal trouble, faces suspension, and next year we are relieved of 13mil that can be invested elsewhere as Ealy is thrust into a starting role in his 2nd year.

My sources say the accuser is a rather portly woman in a dress with a deep husky voice and terrible wig that relentlessly coaxed Hardy into punching her.

oh, and CJ makes 17.4mil and then his salary drops to 12 the following year giving us 5mil extra of breathing room.  Hopefully at that point he agrees to a team friendly cap situation and we keep a top talent at DE still in his prime...

In terms of his NFL future and his next contract, unfortunately this won't mean poo if he put up 15+ sacks again.  Someone would still pay him like a boss, but it probably wouldn't be us.

Ealy.....not Early..

Sometimes it auto corrects and you can't go back and edit it.

So he can basically hit all the women he likes as long as he does his job.
