(inspired by the best all-time players thread)

So for the truly Panther-obsessed among us. who would you cite as the best all-time head coach and position coaches for the Panthers?

Here are the spots to consider...

Head Coach

Offensive Coordinator

Quarterback Coach

Runningback Coach

Wide Receiver Coach

Tight End Coach

Offensive Line Coach

Defensive Coordinator

Defensive Line Coach

Linebacker Coach

Defensive Back Coach

Special Teams Coordinator

You probably have to be a fairly detail-obsessed fan to even know the names of the guys who have occupied these spots

But for those who are that fan, who do you put here?

I'd expect a lot of people to say that, but by all accounts people who had to work with him hated his guts.

As much as people hate him, Fox was the only one to lead us to the big game soo.. I'm going with him (Ron can obviously change that sooner or later)

Even though he was only here a short time, I loved me some Jack Del Rio.

Rivera has a SB ring, Fox does not.

Rivera has one as a player.  Neither has one as a coach of any kind.  Head coach or Defensive Cord.

Fox vs Rivera is arguably the most intriguing discussion in this area.

Our history is so short we can only pick the best years of each of the coaching positions because we held on to some for way too long.

What coaching job was better? Capers taking an expansion team to the NFC Championship game in only the team's 2nd year? Or Fox taking his team to the Super Bowl in '03? Or Rivera taking his team to the playoffs after starting 0-3 last season?

Is this a serious argument? It can't be, right? Right?
