A WHOLE PIE!

Trai Turner @trai_turner  ·  May 26

Crazy how I've realized when I thought I was giving my all I actually had more to give. #KeepPounding

There's a BIG difference between college and the pros.  Sounds like Turner caught on to that fact pretty quickly.  Not to mention his having already adopted the Panther motto.

And good for him.  Knowing that will help him do what he needs to be an NFL starter.

Look forward to him showing just how big and ugly he can be.

Sounds good.  Maybe he will pass that onto the other young guys.

I hope this guy is the steal of the draft.   He looks like a smart and powerful man.  Amini and him at Guards would be an young interesting line up.

Isn't that line from an old Doobie Brothers song?

Don't know.  I could never understand half of what they were singing

I do know they wrote a song about Saint fans.

I hope Amini can get his strength, weight and power back in time for mid training camp at the least. He would make me feel comfortable knowing we at least have two solid lineman with experience. Oddly enough I think Turner will be a bright spot and day 1 starter for us this season.

That is probably what we all project and think though. I hope it isn't to big for the 20 year old.

This right here is what seperate them men out of the pack. You really can't rely on what got you by in college. You have to put in that extra work to make it in the NFL. I am glad he is learning at his rookie stage. This pick could become very special for us. He seems like he is ready and has bought into Keep Pounding!

If Amini is ok and Stewart shows up we should have a better run game at least. Hey I have to be optimistic about something on the line right ?

Eeeehhh, I wouldn't necessarily call that lineup 'scary'.  'Unknown' or 'unproven' would be better words.

If Turner looks good and Amini is back to form, the interior line actually looks pretty solid.

The tackles?  We'll see, but don't discount the improvement that young players tend to show on an annual basis.

Not scary to me. I'll be watching from a safe location. The guys in the backfield may feel differently.

I just find it hard to believe that our o-line depth is so bad we are counting on a converted d-lineman to anchor the left side. That speaks volumes to me.

Not if he can do it.
