Its on the coaches to reach him and get him to conform to the system. He has all the talent in the world, just not a team player. It will be a huge disappointment for the coaching staff if they cannot turn him around.

This being said, he's getting shown up by an undrafted free agent. I strongly believe the coaches put these guys in a position to succeed. I don't think the guy gets it.

I hope he turns the corner. I don't think he will.

I don't know where this notion that he has all the talent in the world came from. He is notably slow and didn't perform specifically well in any of the measurable skills. He has shown he doesn't pick up the playbook or understand what he is doing. His claim to fame is a play from Fan Fest and now there is the notion he has all the tools to succeed.

I definitely have liked the way he has handled it so far, seems to always be positive and has not let the disappointments mess him up in the head and off the team for somebody that was labeled cocky and arrogant. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain if he finally ends up becoming a good player dont know why people refuse to put any confidence in him. Hope he does finally make a jump, it only helps us.

If he can keep his s**t together.. Him and Melvin White are the perfect combo at the CB position.

He's 27.

That'd be an empathetic NO.

@josephperson: Ron Rivera, smartly, said he was reluctant to get too excited about Norman until he sees him transfer those types of plays to a real game.

I think that he can turn it around. He has to see now that he won't play unless he plays the way the coaches coach. I think that Norman can be something special, IF he gets it together...

He is grown, he's older than Captain. He's also garbage and I've been saying it since day 1.

I hope he is smart enough to realize he will be a roster cut if he doesn't show up this season. As a fifth round pick on a team with a secondary with limited talent he may not get another chance.

Oh he will get another chance, at least in Chicago

Quit hating on the guy. If Norman does get it together people gonna be eating crow. Just cause he isnt Stanford Richard Sherman doesn't make the guy an idiot, or any more of an idiot than any other NFL starting CB
