Yeah, and the man who brought the U.S. in there is sitting around painting portraits of himself in the shower and the bathtub.

Well the good news is they are all in one place.  If we decided to adopt Roman tactics, they would be easy to get to.

Fwiw, I think that what will eventually happen in Iraq is that another dictator will take charge, and eventually take control.  Basically, they will be the same as they were with Saddam.  Hopefully the next one will choose not to invade his neighbors though.

Job security for drone manufacturers....

All American military forces were mandated to withdraw from Iraqi territory by 31 December 2011 under the terms of a bilateral agreement signed in 2008 by President Bush. The last U.S. troops left Iraq on 18 December 2011.

As is the case with most Republicans, they have a hard time remembering actual facts as they occurred.

When I take action, I'm not going to fire a $2 million missile at a $10 empty tent and hit a camel in the butt

http://abcnews.go.co...administration/

On Larry King Live last night, Vice President Joe Biden said Iraq "could be one of the great achievements of this administration. You're going to see 90,000 American troops come marching home by the end of the summer. You're going to see a stable government in Iraq that is actually moving toward a representative government."

The vice president said he’d been to Iraq 17 times and visits the country every three months or so. "I know every one of the major players in all the segments of that society" he said. "It's impressed me. I've been impressed how they have been deciding to use the political process rather than guns to settle their differences."

Perception is reality. now step outside of our borders and the perception is we surrendered to the Taliban. Boka Haram tells us whats what. Iraq was an American defeat. We've betrayed Egypt for a political nightmare known as the Muslim Brotherhood. Hamas And Hezbollah have real juice worldwide. we assassinated Gadaffi. And are currently empowering the same forces that beat us in Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya. So that they can over throw another long standing ally in syria. Pakistan is the only nation dumb enough to let us run ops anymore and you see what that has gotten them this week. I imagine recruiting is is at an all time high right now?
