I've thought that was the best possibility all along. If they trade one, I definitely think it'll be #9...I don't think they'd be able to get a decent vet with #24 and a second rounder.
McBuckets and TJ Warren both working out for team Saturday

Or try and trade both picks plus Hendo to move up to 6 or 7 and get Exum/Smart if they are still there
Am I the only 1 that thinks we aren't useing all these draft picks.
That we might only use 1 draft pick and the rest used to get a vet.

We shouldn't do any trades unless it's for a star player.

We won't do this, but there are rumors that the Bulls are high on Stauskas and are willing to part with 16 & 19 to move up. The recent report was to move to 11th.
We probably don't want to take 4 rookies into the season, but if it were me I would gladly swap 9 for 16 & 19 and target any of TJW, Payne, Ennis, Lavine, and PJ Hairston
Then target Early, Napier, or Robinson at #24
Then get maybe a guy like Jabari Brown at #45
But like I said we are in win now mode and probably don't want to carry 4 rookies. But I would be exploring it if I were GM.
If we could pull off a class for instance of Payne, PJ, Napier, and Brown... that would be a pretty stout rookie group with some potential big time gems in there

Warren had a great college game but i don't know what he will do in the NBA. He has more upside than McDermott for sure. I wouldn't be surprised to see him start over MKG if he has a good preseason. I believe he has more of a chance lasting to the 24th pick than McDermott. Being a ACC fan I would love for us to get him but if PJ Harriston or Napier is available would they be a better pick?
