Sacramento was pissed they lost Gerald Wallace. They were trying to keep him. MKGs game reminds me of GW. GW developed his jumper though.

I'd keep him unless the offer was insane

Id love to see him have take that playoff game performance and say this is who I am and just have that agressive nature to drive to the basket collapsing the defense on layups, floaters or kickouts..of course assuming we get shooters.

He is too timid and unselfish which takes him out the game imo.

It's a rough GIF but look at the progression he's made in his shot... He's still got a ways to go but he's got a quicker release on the jump shot

Everyone knows I haven't gave up on him. Reports are his shot looks good now, so I've got huge hope for an offensive explosion this coming season.

If he had stayed in college and continued to develop he probably would be in the conversation for first overall pick. Half the kids being mocked in the first round are older than MKG. People don't realize how young he was coming out. He's still only 20 years old.

What makes you think he would have developed in college if he is still the same player he was 2 years ago playing in the NBA full time?

MKG is a great all around player with great work ethic. Once he gets a jump shot down he will be a great player. He is young so he still has a few years to fully develop. We hired a shooting coach last year pretty much for MKG. Honestly I think he needs to completely change his shooting motion to become a better shooter but I don't know if it will happen. Worst case scenario is MKG doesn't develop his shot and becomes a defensive specialist. I really think he will end up becoming a good player due to the fact he has a great worth ethic. I believe he did improve near the end of this season so with another offseason he should be greatly improved and should average more ppg.

One player I really had high hopes on was Bismack Biyombo (sp?) he can block shots and rebound well but has no offensive game . If he doesn't develop this year then I think he will just become a career back up,
