Unanimous ruling?

That part is amazing.  I didn't think a unanimous agreement was possible in dc these days. :)

Fwiw, some smart phones can have password locks put on them and if you enter the wrong password a certain number of times, it erases all data on the phone.

 

Of course, it can be recovered by a data forensics expert, but it takes a while.

I like it.

 

Law enforcement have pushed the limits for intrusion into our lives.

 

DUI and License checkpoints.

 

Safety Checks for any boat at any time regardless of a law being broken or not.

 

Illegal search and seizure on the water, in regards to fishing, etc....
