Must sign lance, he could add six wins to w/l record at seasons end.

Not unless they find a trade partner for Monta Ellis. Next off season they get cap space back when Chandler's big deal ends.

I think Parsons is a good signing for them. Their PG is murky, but Ellis / Parsons / Dirk / Chandler is 4/5 of a decent starting line up.

Houston can't get knocked in.

The only reason they could match is because they have Parsons' bird rights.

They have no more cap space.

They had enough to offer Bosh a max, and Ariza only got 8. They could go after him if they wanted, but he's not a good fit and I would be really surprised if they were very interested.

Stephenson loses best chance at bigger $ w/ Parsons to Dallas.Pacers-Stephenson front & center now. @Jonathan_Feigen also broke Parsons news

You're right, I forgot they traded Lin.

Rich Cho has successfully pulled off the biggest bluff in recent history.

He offered Hayward the maximum knowing Utah would match it. That fooled everyone into thinking we had no interest in Lance, thus keeping teams from getting trigger happy & offering him a deal. Now the market has completely dried up & we are the only team left who can pry him away from Indy.

Wouldn't surprise me if Lance was their target all along.

Just kidding, I actually like Bonnell MOST of the time

Same.

My biggest qualm is that he dashes dreams too quickly

Rockets and Mavericks have expressed willingness to try to hammer out a sign-and-trade IF league will allow them to do so. Might not happen

okay, correct me if im wrong, but if they are allowed to do a sign and trade = Dallas would send Houston contracts/assets- freeing them up to go after Lance again.. am i right?

say they send Felton, Brandon Wright and a couple draft picks = Boom! thats enough space to offer Lance a decent contract

PG- Felton  >>>>> Ellis

SG- Ellis  >>>>>> Lance

SF- Parsons  >>> Parsons

PF- Dirk  >>>>>> Dirk

C- Chandler  >>> Chandler

Cuban said if they get Parsons they would not pursue Stephenson. Besides, why would Houston do that? They'd be better off saving cap space than taking on those horrible deals just to get some late rd picks. If they valued & wanted Parsons they never would've signed Ariza.
