ARSEN

Preseason 2014

Starts today.

Post your team observations.

I'm watching Arsenal second squad playing against some 3rd tier division team. Their away jersey actually look pretty good. Can't really judge right now because most of these players will go out on loan in next few weeks.

Arsenal playing NY Red Bulls next week. Should see Alexis and Debuchy for the first time.

Chelsea second team looks bad. They better avoid injury bug.

We're up at 4:00 against Seattle. Should be a good game and an excellent chance to see how we've progressed so far this off-season, as the Sounders aren't a slouch team at all. Will be strange to see Demps playing against us though for the first time since he left. Can't wait!

COYS!!!

Jordon Ibe must get time in the first team. He is absolutely rapid. If we could work Ibe in as a sub after Sterling, his pace will give defenders fits.

Great first goal from Holtby. Looking good so far on strikes, midfield.. not so much.

Watched Barcelona's B team yesterday because I work with a guy who's cousins with Alen Halilovic. Had some solid touches but nothing spectacular. Kid is 17 though, and you can definitely see potential.

Lol Arsenal playing with 6 midfielders and no forward. Why do I have a feeling that's gonna be formation I see a lot going forward.

Lazar Markovic clearly has a lot of technical ability and pace, but he is very raw. No way he can be a starter right now.

Holtby better not go out on loan again.. that kid has tons of pace, and works the box to box extremely well. He has some focus issues sometimes, but his upside is far greater than his down.

He looked like a perfect fit in Poch's system.

    • <3 you bro lol interestingly enough, i agree with you at face value on everything you said right here. hmm... organizer or not, the only speaker at either event was Yiannoploulos or Coulter. those two were the only ones putting a message out there. so i challenge you to present one shred of evidence that either of them advocated violence, white supremacy, or even Nazism. while we are on the topic, you might want to educate yourself. Nazism is a leftist ideology. Democratic Socialists and all..... so with that being said, ANTIFA is a whole lot closer to the SS than either of the speakers at Berkeley, or the patriots who defended the campus from your terrorist thugs that decided to destroy chit, light fires, and beat people up.
    • When Stewart has been healthy the Panthers are very hard to beat
    • Are you sure though?  I mean, someone might change someone's mind here.
