Rivera told media that safety Robert Lester has an AC sprain. TE Mike McNeil suffered a right knee sprain.

Robert Lester said he didn't think his shoulder sprain is serious. Sounds like a sprained MCL for Mike McNeill.

Thankfully they were sprains instead of full blown tears.

AC refers to the acromioclavicular joint, the connection between the collarbone (clavicle) and the acromion process of the shoulder blade.

I'm amazed every time Barner gets up, dude is just too small to make it in the NFL without blazing speed. He's just not stocky like most successful smaller RB's and he runs too high.

Not sure about Lester, but for me it is when my air conditioning isn't working well enough to offset a heat stroke.
