Here is why Kelvin Benjamin should be every Huddler's favorite player in 2014

So basically, you're exactly like the national media, implying that Cotchery and Avant are a couple of bums despite having decent careers before they got here? No hope in King or Bersin ever being good?

I'm nothing like the National media actually. I hope that some of our receivers shake out, but that doesn't negate the fact that we need another KB or Smiity to compliment the #1 with a #2.

I think our WR corps is gonna surprise the the League this year. I don't really see you you drew that comparison off of what I said.

We have been pounded over the head again and again and again by ESPN and all Big Sports Media about how "CAM HAS NO ONE TO THROW TO! GETTLEMAN ISN'T GIVING CAM THE TOOLS HE NEEDS TO SUCCEED! THE PANTHERS ARE GOING FROM FIRST TO WORST THIS YEAR WITH NO STEVE SMITH LOLOLOLOMGHAHAHA"

ESPN's preseason power ratings have us right in the mix for a wild card spot in the playoffs. Gotta figure at least one team they rank ahead of us will falter (Cards with Palmer? Eagles with Foles and no DeSean Jackson?) and consider last time 3 teams from same division made playoffs was 2007

ESPN's preseason rankings for NFC
1. Seahawks (13-3) - NFC West
2. 49ers (12-4) - NFC West
3. Saints (11-5) - NFC South
4. Packers (6-3 with Rodgers) - NFC North
5. Cards (10-6) - NFC West
6. Eagles (10-6) - NFC East
7. Panthers (12-4) - NFC South
note: a wild card team went on to win 5 of last 9 Super Bowls, including 3 of last 4 (2010 Packers, 2011 Giants, 2012 Ravens)

Hurney would have taken Moses, OT, Virgina--or Cyrus, OT, Bama.

Neither of those players are a RB.

Yeah, I seen one the other day spewing the same malarkey saying that Cotchery's season was a fluke and Benjamin would buckle under the pressure.  I may join twitter so I can blow up Merrill Hoge, Boomer, and all the other snitches after we continue eating this year.

Some of you people care to much what the media/other fans think. Who cares?? How about wanting Benjamin to succeed because it makes the team better

I think our WR core is way better than it was last year. The team chemistry with the WR was great last year... but this year has competition and more overall balanced weapons. I feel comfy with every WR on the team being out on the field with Cam this year.

Thankful for KB.        Could be worse,  we could have drafted Lee,  like most media jackasses wanted us to do,  instead of KB..

Now the word on Lee is .

Jags' Bradley questions Marqise Lee's effort

Jaguars coach Gus Bradley questioned rookie WR Marqise Lee's effort in Friday night's preseason opener.

Lee played only 16 snaps, but wasn't targeted and appeared to just go through the motions. "That’s one of those things we’re looking at. Run your routes [like the football] is coming to you," Bradley said. "I’d like to visit with him about what happened. He could have done some things more precise. It wasn’t exactly where we need him to be." Lee has potential to lead Jacksonville in receiving as the starting Z receiver, but is going to struggle with consistency as a rookie playing on a team with quarterback issues. He's a WR4/5 flier. Bradley's comments -- made public on purpose -- are likely intended to light a fire in Lee. The Jaguars need him to do heavylifting in their pass game this year.

I don't really have a favorite player.  Just a favorite team.

That being said, Benjamin certainly looks promising.

Wow, and KB looks like he would run through a brick wall for the Panthers at this stage.
