Only 6th in passing def. we could improve in that area and if we did we could be #1. Which would greatly help our Super Bowl chances. Staying stagnant just because we did enough last year isn't a good way to get better.

To me it depends on whether you are being stagnant by choice, or being forced to. We fit the latter. Now when the contracts start going away and we remain stagnant. Then we can worry, bitch, and fret.

I wonder what it is the coaches see that keeps jones from getting first team reps? He's fast, tackles well, physical...that's why he's a good STs player and didn't he have a INT last year when forced into the lineup

My hope is our starters stay healthy long enough for Tre Boston to get in the swing of things. I'd feel better about Boston playing week 6 than week 1.

Chris Clemons or Major Wright would look good on this roster in place of Godfrey. Someone who can play our scheme would look better at CB than Norman.

It's already known that Tampa started game planning for us last week, so perhaps he has some secrets to divulge.. Only 25 as well.

Sign one S every week to prepare for the opponent next week. That's cool.

Roman Harper is 31? Jeez...dude looks like he's about 45. I'm 30 and just looking at the photo makes me feel old.

For safties im sketching bout.. honestly im pulling for lester. He has the size. faster than harper. So Im hoping he gets called up.

but if there is a nice saftey out there i trust G man the third.

for WR im only down for super speedsters or really tall motha fuqqas.

I would be down with Stephen Hill if he can get his poo straight.. guy is tall and fast.. 4.3 athletic. And he is what 23? got into the league at 21

Ok so just checked out the official depth chart...

FS--Thomas Decoud  ||  Colin Jones  ||  Tre Boston

SS--Roman Harper

I understand Boston has the ability to flex between the spots but it's really concerning we're hedging so much on Harper who's barely done anything this preseason.  If we don't make a move here, it's going to speak volumes of what the higher ups think of Boston and Jones.  I just don't know how they're trusting a 31 y/o Roman Harper to man our SS spot.   If Godfrey is Harper's insurance policy...ugh.
