I love the move but doubt we could even have a conversation if we offer a 2nd, (Biz or Neal) and PJ.

I think it would take a 1st and PJ or Noah. Celtics are some stingy pricks.. i bet they wouldnt even listen without MKG thrown in on any deal.

I would love Green but the idea that Boston will just give him away is not true. If it was, he would be on another team already. I highly doubt Boston will take anything less than a first rounder.

PJ is not going anywhere. He's more valued than Hendo

Charlotte needs to be careful to not turn into the next Indiana.  Trying to reach for the stars too soon could land us in a spot the team is familiar with.  Middle of the pack and nowhere to go but down.  I don't believe Cho rebuilt the team the way he did to only buy back the same type of squad.  Let's see what these young guys have and evaluate.  Give players like Lance Stephenson and Kemba a chance to be leaders.

YES PLEASE. Green is a game changer albeit inconsistent. I would gladly trade for him as long as we don't give up too much.

Charlotte is middle of the pack now. Adding Green elevates them to the top.

The time to win is now. Big Al ain't young. Kemba's contract is running out. Lance is on a relatively short term deal.

Charlotte is middle of the pack now. Adding Green elevates them to the top.

The time to win is now. Big Al ain't young. Kemba's contract is running out. Lance is on a relatively short term deal.

If you follow this plan, the team will have to go through another rebuild in a few years time.

Big Al isn't young, but Noah, Biyambo, and Zeller are.  Let them develop and see where the team is at a few years from now.

Lance and Kemba may have short contracts, but why wouldn't they consider resigning here in Charlotte?  If the team continues it's gradual rise to the top, then it will be a great place to play.  If the crowds come out and support the team like in the past Hornets era, the right players will land here.

Green may provide an added element, but at what cost to the future of the team?  Everyone wants to dump Zeller or Henderson, but those guys could be monumental to building a successful team.  Let's face it.  Cleveland is a star studded team.  It will be very, very difficult to compete with them on star power.  However, if we develop the young talent, then this team could take down any competitor.
