Someone brought me some fresh filets. I want to fry 'em up. I was just thinking oil and butter salt and pepper...

To fry fish, you need corn meal and Crisco.

Just kidding, but I agree. Also, what kind of fish is it? I love all types of grilled fish as well.

Just depends on what you are hungry for.

or wrapped in parchment paper and baked. Throw in some asparagus and carrots and let it all steam in the packet. As for myself I'm frying up some shrimp burgers tonight

I like to sprinkle some Old Bay garlic and herb seasoning on mine...with a touch of lemon...oven bake...very good.

yeah I like to put fresh fish in those tin foil packets with lots of spices and do it 5 minutes on each side on a hot grill.
