It is so simple.

Eat less, exercise more, burn off more than you take in.

The physiology is undeniable, and anybody that tries is a fat dumbass.
To lose 1 pound you must burn 3500 excess calories.
Period.


So many people can't do this basic math.

but it's possible to actually get something there that won't kill you.

like you can go to cfa and get a grilled chicken sandwich, fruit cup, and unsweet tea.

Good advice FIz. Mustard is the secret weapon imo. Back when I was dieting hard about 2 years ago everyday my dinner was a turkey sandwich. It had toasted wheat bread, swiss cheese, and mustard. Instead of chips I had pretzels. Combine that with working out and no soda I lost 20 pounds.

I've been trying to get in better shape recently. I quit soda 3 weeks ago and I've already lost 6 pounds. But I've also been doing lots of cardio and light weight training. Been doing a little bit of HIIT as well.

I could also go to a strip club and order wings and stuff my face and ignore all the slutty girls getting naked, but I can't for the life of me think of a reason why I would willingly choose to do that.

Mustard is king. Tumeric is also teh bomb for you health wise.
Out of all you mentioned coffee. I typically put some creamer, non fat in there.
Also, a few months ago I found out I was becoming lactose intolerant.
Did some food challenges and sure enough, stuff gets me.
But something I noticed since I stop eating cheese. No allergies. Hmm.
On very very rare occasions will I have cheese.
I normally don't eat pork but without seeing that link I will go ahead and lay that to rest.

I have mentioned this book before but I think it would benefit a lot. Eat this not That. Smart, simple ways to improve your diet and your wallet.
