If we are claiming that these guys are exercising the same rallies as was in Charlottesville, then yeah.  If they decide to invoke violence?  Guess what?  Same answer as the other threads.  Criminal actions = punishable offenses.  Rights to self-defense.  Right down the line.

ISIS wants a global caliphate secured by global war - killing infidels is part of their whole thing.

Case law is pretty dang clear that if your free speech is one to incite violence you have no free speech protection.   The power structure could shut it down and has the courts history of backing.

They can also shut down white supremacists marches and its not a violation of freedom of speech.

Antifa has no power to permit any groups.  They arent in the power structure.

Considering white people across social media and even some here have openly talked about casually plowing through peaceful protestors with their vehicles, we already know what the answer is.

The ACLU disagrees.  It's the only reason that the rally in Charlottesville happened.

There is a line yes.

The aclu supports the freedom to assemble.  I fully donated to them as they defended westboro baptist.

Court law and the ACLU both are in agreement that free speech does not protect the right to incite violence.   We are at a very close line of what side the group in Charlottesville was on.   A line that clearly moved after Charlottesville and NOT because of ANTIFA.
