Netflix Original Movie "Gerald's Game" based on the Stephen King novel.

Worth the watch, good suspense flick.

Nice, I saw the preview, it’s in the cue.

On a side note, it seems directors now a days are starting to better adapt Kings stories to the big screen. IT was fantastic in almost every way.

just saw the trailer for it last night.

looks stressful. should be good.

at first i thought it would be fun/inspirational for the wife to watch with me, but then seeing the direction it look like it takes.....maybe not.

A big dog ties Dee Wallace up and tickles her with a feather?

Yeah going to watch this.    Between this and IT,  at least some of King's new adaptations are good (Dark Tower disappointment and The Mist show is terrible).

That book creeped me out. Glad the movie seems to do it justice.

Saw it with the wife last night.  Good movie and plenty of cringe worthy moments.  Lots of dialogue but its overall a competent horror flick.  4 outta 5.

Will check it out - love Carla Gugino since I first saw her in Sin City and the Wayward Pines series. Something about her gets me.

Something about her gets every guy.  Freaking smokin.

Ehh its still hit or miss. It was great. The Dark Tower was awful.

Dark Tower never had a chance. It's impossible to take a book (or books) that engrosses you for days of reading and condense it to an hour and a half movie. Maybe a mini-series on Netflix or Hulu.

On an aside....The 2 best books I ever read were not King.  Dean R Koontz Watchers and Graham Masterson Charnel House. Both were made into crappy movies.

Stephen King is one twisted fugger...especially that flashback scene with her dad as a little girl.  You have to be demented to even think of something like it, or at least thought of it yourself...
