anyone here ever cook lamb?

I've had it before, now I'm trying to cook some for the 1st time. I seasoned some shoulder chops with curry and I am grilling it. hopefully it turns out ok.

damn you are braver than me. I LOVE lamb chops properly cooked. I am nowhere near skilled enough to try it, but on cruise ships and certain italian or greek restaurants I will order it and love it.

Next time marinate them with some olive oil, garlic and rosemary for about a day. You need to make sure you don't overcook them or they will be tough and dry. Medium rare is just about perfect.

Maybe we need to do some lamb chops for a tailgate?
