Trump & Moore: A Lot In Common

Sexual predator Trump endorsing sexual predator Moore:

http://www.cnn.com/2017/12/04/politics/trump-moore-endorsement-twitter/index.html

Washington (CNN)President Donald Trump fully endorsed Alabama GOP Senate candidate Roy Moore on Twitter Monday morning.

Trump had hesitated to throw his full support behind the embattled Republican candidate in the wake of explosive accusations against him. His tweet Monday comes as recent polls show a close race.
"Democrats refusal to give even one vote for massive Tax Cuts is why we need Republican Roy Moore to win in Alabama," Trump tweeted. "We need his vote on stopping crime, illegal immigration, Border Wall, Military, Pro Life, V.A., Judges 2nd Amendment and more. No to Jones, a Pelosi/Schumer Puppet!"

It takes a special, particular type of scumbag to look beyond the behavior of a man preying on young girls in order to further some political agenda, which he has yet to figure out.

Here's what I just don't get about the Republican Party now a days: why can't they put up quality candidates.  I mean, Republicans have had all of the Obama years to cultivate quality candidates, and instead of finding people who can actually carry out the agenda, they have to guilt their voters into voting for issues because the candidates are morally bankrupt (and often really off the deep end of crazy).

The donor class and the religious zealots are winning, and that's scary.

Dems aren't much better, but they only have to play "I'm not completely crazy" to sound normal enough to get support.

also, we now are ushering an era where denial could be king.  Do whatever you want to women.....just deny it and refuse any responsibility.

Trump/Moore has big impact.  Will have big impact going forward and how everything after is treated.

Denial totally has a big impact. Republicans have realized with Trump and now Moore that you can push someone completely unqualified and unfit and still win. They've weaponized ignorance and taught their base to reject critical thinking and decency and to use their faith to defend it, so this is where we are now. It's sad.

It's like climate change. Just don't acknowledge it and its not an issue.
