Props to Bersin

He actually could be like Ricky Proehl lite....sneak him out there for some key conversions. Ricky always got wide open on doos at the best of times.

You people that like Bersin are delusional.  He sucks now, sucked yesterday and will suck tomorrow.  He made a nice catch today.  Whooptie flippin doo.

Jerome Simpson had a better career and he is known for one play.

It is more than sad that any of our hopes are pinned on Bersin.

You are overreacting so hard. Putting our hopes in Bersin? Who said that? Dude made a nice catch, give him props. Nobody is saying they want him to be our #2 WR. Frankly, I wish he wasn't on the roster and we had better depth. But I don't mind tipping my cap to a highlight play if he makes one.

No... I just don't see what's wrong with giving a role player credit for a good play.

Ok. I'll make a thread for every special teams player that made a tackle out there today!

The dude caught a ball in which he was literally flipped in the air and landed on his shoulders. But sure, a special teams tackle is the same thing. You're totally right dude. What a garbage play. Not even worth mentioning. And as you say, he's no superstar so why should we even acknowledge him at all?

Are you new here? People have wanted him to be a huge part of the team for years.

I've been on these boards since the day we signed Keyshawn Johnson (this was the first place that popped up when I searched it)

I can say confidently that NOBODY has ever wanted him to be a vital key to our offense as you claim. Thus the "get Cam weapons. Our WRs suck" threads that have existed on this site his entire career. Let it go dude

Anyone who's played football knows a catch like that doesn't go unnnoticed to teammates and coaches. It earns you a lot of respect.

Exactly.  And he's got a history of some other very tough clutch catches.  Goes a LONG way to explaining why he keeps sticking around and our FO keeps him on speed dial even after he's been cut a few times.

I still can't stand Bersin is on the team AGAIN.

but yeah, that one catch where he went up and then landed on his head was pretty awesome.
