Ravens agreed to terms with WR Ryan Grant, formerly of the Redskins, on a four-year, $29 million contract.

The deal contains $14.5 million guaranteed, including a $10 million signing bonus. This is a real head-scratcher and reeks of desperation from GM Ozzie Newsome, who promised to overhaul the receiving corps, only to whiff on every other big name available. Grant, entering his age-28 year, came into 2017 with 39 career catches for 412 yards and two scores before "breaking out" for a 45-573-4 line last season. He's the new default No. 1 receiver in Baltimore.

Bears re-signed RCB Prince Amukamara.

A solid-not-spectacular starter for last year's Bears, Amukamara is a sticky cover guy with the ability to excel in both man and zone. He wound up facing a high number of No. 1 wideouts last year and held up well. Amukamara's downfall is his lack of ball skills and penchant for injuries; he's lasted 16 games once in seven NFL seasons and has just one interception over the past three years. Nevertheless, his re-signing gives the Bears a chance to keep their underrated secondary intact with Kyle Fuller on the transition tag, slot CB Bryce Callahan tendered, and Eddie Jackson and Adrian Amos returning at safety.

Cardinals agreed to terms with QB Mike Glennon, formerly of the Bears.

Glennon has still yet to officially be released by the Bears, but that will happen Wednesday, and he'll then put pen to paper for Arizona. The Cardinals entered Tuesday with no quarterbacks on the roster and have since added Sam Bradford and Glennon. Bradford is the unquestioned starter, but his significant injury history absolutely gives Glennon a chance to make starts in 2018.

No way Ridley makes it pass them if he's there

You have to be kidding me. The guy has less than 1000 receiving yards in four seasons combined. WTF???

These WR contracts this year are beyond insane.

It’s almost like Hurney planned for this. What a stupid head he is

I'm hoping we can swing some kind of deal for Poe, then Parker, Burnett, and Mitchell are among my favorites to potentially add at safety.

Yeah I really don't understand where the panic is coming from. Its not top heavy but there's depth there.

At this point I'm thinking we just load up on defensive free agents, which is where a lot of the talent is, and just go hard offense early cone draft time.
