Extreme Paranormal on A&E could be the worst damn show ever created. Period. I watched it by accident the other night. I mean, you've got a fat guy getting pulled to the bottom of a lake by a ghost with a cameraman following him the whole way down. Gay quotes galore. And fake dialogue spewing out of the asses of three fat guys who are scared of ghosts.

Terrible.

Ultimate fighter ain't bad. First 30 minutes are a wash, but at least it ends with a lot of blood. And they way I look at it, if you want that kind of programming you can either watch Spike, or watch those bastsh*t crazy women doing water births on TLC.

Actually not as interesting as it sounds. It's the same old B.S. dating and survival shows, except everyone is naked. Everyone. The skin flute ratio is a little too high for me.
