Frozen bread thaws right back to it's perfect softness overnight, and lasts just as long as it would have if not frozen...

Bottled ketchup.. Do you keep it in the fridge or in the pantry?
Personally, the wife and I have always kept it in the fridge after opening it, but I never really liked cold ketchup...

We buy two loaves at a time for home, freeze one, and throw the other in the bread box...
Frozen bread thaws right back to it's perfect softness overnight, and lasts just as long as it would have if not frozen...

Or if you live in the Low Country, bread never molds. It's awesome.

agreed. and
Bread does not belong in the fridge.
I will not allow bread to take up space in my fridge that could be occupied by beer.
