If this is what I am thinking of, you sign up and pay, then have to wait for the coupons to come in the mail. There are a few strings attached, and a few places decided to stop taking them.
I bought a set for whatever they call the old Gridiron now, I like their food and it's close so we go and spend 20 bucks on food, 10 on beer/wine, and get 10 bucks off.
