So I am at the liquor store today and decide to try some crappy Finlandia vodka. Not really all that bad. I will be visiting more often.

Platinum vodka is what I buy in these tough times now. 7 times distilled and a half gallon is only $20. I been drinkin' vodka since I got off the *** and it's the best bang for the buck around.

Hey I love high end vodka like the rest of yinz, but when you drink as much of it as I do we don't all make enough to drink the high end stuff every night. And quite honestly, if you look at all those high end vodkas they are distilled about 4 times, Platinum is 7 times and it's always sold out on the shelf. The ABC folks sing its praises if you talk to them, and $20 for a half gallon will get me good drunk 4 times for about $5/drunk and it's 7 times distilled which means I don't wake up with near the hangover. In fact, I have less a hangover off Platinum than vodkas twice the price.
