I think he should retire, then wait until the Wednesday before the season starts and then decide he wants to come back and force a trade to Tampa for real this time.

Just saw the Jets front office blowing him on Sportscenter saying they want him back. I'm pretty sure there are alot of QBs out there that can throw an int for every TD and throw 5 yard crossing routes. And they don't bring a 40 year old body or his salary with them.

could just be some bs rumors but ive heard people saying mangini was let go cuz favre was unhappy with him? either way i hope favre retires and that all the announcers who cover the NFL are forbidden from talking about him, all year it was favre this, favre superbowl, ny superbowl, favres amazing, favre got screwed. i hope he falls back and lets it go.
